It was an exciting day at Atos Brisbane on 5 May. We held the first Grading of 2018 and welcomed three new blue belts to the family. A number of the students also received stripe promotions. The grading took place over two hours and saw some outstanding display of Jiu Jitsu.

Congratulations to all the students who received promotions.

Congratulations also to all the students who attended the grading. Jiu Jitsu is one of the most challenging martial arts but is also very rewarding. Even when a student is not promoted there is great satisfaction in executing the skills that have been learnt in class, or trying out a new technique.

Keep training hard and remember that simply stepping on the mats is a huge achievement. Oss!
